What is Coffee Profit Share?

It is a model for suitable retail locations with no upfront investment in the machine or coffee point. The location records sales and the agreed share is evaluated from real data.

Who provides each part of the system?

Damir Kafé provides the machine, coffee point, coffee, logistics, installation and service. RetailShare Systems provides site-assessment methodology, telemetry and regular performance evaluation. The partner replenishes stock and records sales.

How is the revenue share calculated?

Telemetry records the actual number and mix of drinks sold. The data is regularly compared with recorded sales, and the agreed share is calculated from actual revenue.

Is Profit Share available to every location?

No. The site, footfall, technical conditions and commercial potential are assessed first. The model is available only to approved locations.

Which ProfitShare terms need agreement?

Agree the share, revenue basis, settlement, duration, termination, space, utilities, water, replenishment, hygiene and sales recording in your contract. Other projects' shares do not automatically apply and revenue is not guaranteed.
